		<description>I&#039;ve long since abandoned the idea of keeping anything too embarrassing/secret on FB, especially since becoming &quot;friends&quot; there with so many co-workers and also a handful of sources. By the same end I&#039;m friends with my brother (who knows just about everything about me, and we&#039;re real friends), a couple of my cousins, and one of my uncles. 

But yeah, it&#039;s kind of liberating to say, &quot;You know what, I&#039;m an adult, and my parent is an adult, and they can probably handle this.&quot; I had some times like that when I worried about my dad reading my published books actually, but when it came down to it, he read them and it opened him up to say things to me he wouldn&#039;t have otherwise, and that was so the opposite of what I expected. So hopefully it&#039;s good for you guys too. :)</description>
