Last weekend’s “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me” had a joke to the effect that Obama will be in the White House for a year and she’ll pop out of a closet saying, “I’m still here!” Someone on the show joked that if anyone knows how to be President without anybody knowing, it’s Hillary.
I suspect she’s not conceding because she said she won’t, and doesn’t want to be seen as a woman who goes back on her word.
